  Christmas Eve and they were extremely busy. However, I take my hat off to the service desk, one of the young men at a check out, and a couple of gents refilling shelves. All of them gave great assistance to helped find what I was looking for.

  Another Woolworths staff member presenting poor behaviours at the customer service desk being female with a first name beginning with A. Dismissive, rude, aggressive and ill mannered. How some of these people get and remain in jobs bewilders me. It ruins the good natured and appropriately reared staff who thankfully are the majority. Total lack of training in customer service.

  getting worse and worse. Its as though they source the cheapest low grade fruit and veg and charge maximum price. grumpy staff. checkouts closed. they spend more time constantly changing ticket prices ( with special tags ) than stocking shelves. I swear prices can change 3 times in a week. On top of constantly moving products to different spots.
  Its more like a glorified 7/11. Avoid this store and try foodland around the corner.

  This store has steadily declined in the past 12 months. Today I noticed obvious errors with the wrong merchandise marked with discount stickers. Also the store was being restocked in the busiest period when customers were being inconvenienced by the large trolleys in the aisle while the staff could have been better utilised operating checkouts. The store often looks poorly stocked ( particularly tissues and toilet paper - even though there is no great shortage of these items - there is stock on top of the empty shelves. It seems to me that Woolworths have discontinued many items and brands leaving the consumer no choice but to look elsewhere for these products. I recognise that staff shortages have been a difficulty in recent times, but I am also certain that a better store manager with good state management backup would easily overcome these issues. It's clear that the staff are not being given clear instructions and certainly their work is not being checked. The store no longer presents as a place where customer service has high priority and instead projects a very careless attitude to any customer care. Clearly staff are doing their best, but without guidance their efforts are not satisfactory. This store was once a textbook example of good management. It's now a textbook case study of the big mistake that can occur while management is asleep at the wheel.

  Minimal selection of groceries. Shop is too small. Bakery selection is terrible. Shop is cold and unwelcoming. Shelves regularly poorly stocked. Floors regularly filthy.

  An excellent place to shop for the necessities of life. Prices are good and we like the accumulated reward points to get discount on our shopping.

  Considering where it is, its not one of the better woolworths. However, it's always clean, pretty well stocked and staff are all lovley
